I was having problems with a representative outside of their office and Jennifer jumped right in to help get the situation under control. Her follow up and communication has been incredible.

"The Car Wash ripped the front end of my brand new Subaru off.. Jennifer at Miriam Keller called me the next business day to make sure we were ok.. my car went to the body shop of my choice.. was paid and it was all over easy peasy in 23 days.. Im still dealing with the wreck that wasnt our fault 15 months ago with my former insurance agency that was charging me double for lesser limits.
